The hotel has 8 meeting rooms on the fourth floor, including a function room-You Rong Tang, a VIP room and 6 small meeting rooms (Bo Ya Zhai, Zi Lan Zhai, Xie Ying Zhai, Shu Hui Zhai, Chao Hua Zhai and Fang Zhi Zhai).

You Rong Tang can hold 255 people for classroom-style meeting, 300 people for theater-style meeting and 280 people for Chinese-style banquet. Bo Ya Zhai is a small functional meeting room. The VIP meeting room can hold 10 people to have face-to-face meeting. Zi Lan Zhai and Xie Ying Zhai each can hold 48 people, classroom style room. Shu Hui Zhai, Chao Hua Zhai and Fang Zhi Zhai can respectively hold 35, 33, and 24 people, which are board rooms.

Fixed Equipment
　　You Rong Tang is equipped with LCD, sound system and simultaneous interpretation system that covers four countries’ languages at the same time, for 96 people to use.
　　Bo Ya Zhai is equipped with a multimedia projector.
　　Zi Lan Zhai and Xie Ying Zhai are both equipped with LCD and sound box.
